WHAL's exhibit at the Mt. Lebanon Library opened on August 1st and continues through August 30th. For hours and other information, visit their website at www.mtlebanonlibrary.org.

In case you missed them, the WHAL's 2009 survey results are available for viewing on the web via this survey link. These are the assembled answers to the survey that was mailed to members in April and published in the May newsletter and at our monthly meeting.

The West Hills Art League members are on summer break.
Our meeting schedule resumes in September, as does the regular monthly newsletter. In the meantime, enjoy these updates.
Congratulations to Will White on his sale of two paintings during our Mt. Lebanon Library exhibit!

WHAL will exhibit in September at Gallery -30- at the Gateway office in Sewickley. The exhibit will coincide with Sewickley's annual fall Gallery Walk. League members who wish to include their artwork in this exhibit should contact Kim Iyer.

WHAL's 2009-2010 season will kick off with our September 17th meeting to take place at Sharon Community Church in Moon Township, 7:30-9:40pm

Our annual membership drive kicks off on September 1st and runs through October 31st.  Our membership fee structure has changed slightly:  The annual membership fee is now $25 for an individual, or $35 for a family.
Returning members may apply a $5 discount if they renew their membership during WHAL’s annual 2-month membership drive (September 1st through October 31st) in which case the fee is $20/$30 for individual/family.
