Demonstrator Corner
Mike Budai
Printmaker, Mike Budai, was our demonstrator at the May meeting for the WHAL.
He discussed the process of screen printing, including stencil and photo emulsion techniques. Also discussed was the practicality of the medium in the art world, current trends and practices, and it's use in everyday life. Mike demonstrated a two-color process print, from the creation of the artwork through the process to the final product. WHAL members participated in the printing process and left with a finished print.
