Look, Something New!

Model Session
Thursday, February 19, 2009,
7:30 pm meeting of WHAL
Come and share in the excitement of
creating art with fellow members.

WHAL is very pleased to offer an open drawing session with a live model. There will also be a still life set up so that participants will have a choice of subjects for this open session.

We ask that the medium be kept to pencil and/or charcoal.  This is a great opportunity to draw from a live model and enjoy sharing the creative experience with your peers. It is also a wonderful way to learn from others and see the different styles that emerge in an open environment.

Open sessions are designed for freedom of expression and discovering your own style. Too often we try to emulate an instructor and don’t allow our own talents to emerge. Now is your chance!

Grab your pencil box and sketch pad and let your fingers do the creating.  Who knows, we may create something great.  It’s always a possibility when you put pencil to paper.  See you there!!
