2008 Annual Art Show Prospectus

Entry Fee: $4.00 per piece, payable to WHAL at time of delivery.

Eligibility: Any WHAL member may enter, providing his/her dues are current.

Accepted Work: Only original work accepted (no workshop paintings.) All work must have been completed within last two years. All media accepted.

Specifications:

§ All work must be framed and ready for hanging with wire (no saw tooth hangers.)

§ All work must hang until end of show.

§ Space limitation allows for 1 or 2 pieces only.

§ All work must be labeled with attached forms.

§ Work must be completely dry.

Drop-off date/time: Friday & Saturday, April 25^th & 26^th, 10am-12pm

Pick-up date/time: Thursday, May 15^th, 7:30-9:30pm ONLY!

Opening Reception: Sunday, May 4^th

Location: Robin Hill Park Cultural Center,

949 Thorn Run Road, Moon Township, PA

Sales: You do not have to pay a commission to Robin Hill

for the sale of any art piece(s).

Liability:

Every precaution will be taken in the handling, care and safety of your art work. However, WHAL, hosting facility, organizations or individuals assume no responsibility and shall not be held liable for damages which may occur while work is on exhibit or in transit.
